All the motorheads around the world know about the Porsche 911. Yes, it’s the most popular model of the famous German automaker. But, the Macan is the best-seller. The compact-crossover luxury SUVs are the hot thing in the industry at the moment. The “hot-V2” provides a better response time and lower the overall center of gravity as well. All versions will have a 7-speed PDL automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive as standard. The automated start/stop system, which improves fuel efficiency, is included as well. The maximum towing capacity of the V6 engine is 4,400 pounds.

Release Date and MSRP

2021 Porsche Macan will have a starting price of around $51,000. The price includes $1,000 of destination charge. The luxurious variant, Macan S, will cost significantly more. The MSRP of this model starts at almost $60,000. Of course, with the price comes more equipment and unique features.

Still, with the additional packages and gadgets, 2021 Macan can go over $100K mark. On the base price level, this five-door luxury crossover is one of the premium models of the compact-luxury class. The main competitors will be vehicles like Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Mercedes-Benz GLC. They all start below the Macan starting price.

Also, the new Jaguar F-Pace and Alfa Romeo Stelvio will cost less than the German vehicle. The Stuttgart-based company won’t rush the release date. The plan is, first, to develop the GT3 Rs model, then the new Macan may debut. So, we expect to see this vehicle by the end of 2020.
